I am over the moon to present to you our first 2024 Yoga Retreat in one of my favourite Islands of my home country, Lanzarote.
On one of my trips, I found the most amazing villa of the entire island. Emanating harmony and tranquility, our stunning home is an oasis of light nestled amongst vineyards and volcanoes in the most picturesque heart of Lanzarote.
We have an outdoor salt water swimming pool, extensive gardens to relax in the sun or shade. Apartments full of character with their own mini kitchen and a spacious Shala for our Yoga practices.
The days are yours to do as you please. During your time at the retreat, you will have lots of free time to explore the island at your own leisure. On our excursion day I will take you on a special adventure to some of my favourite spots of the island, expect walking inside the most impressive volcano crater.

👉🏻 Transport during the week. I highly recommend you rent a car to have freedom in your spare time and discover the island's most beautiful touristic attractions and small towns. (Cabrera Medina is my favourite to rent a car). I can also put you in touch with other guests willing to share the cost of a car or taxi journeys will be able to be arranged may you wish to visit a specific place of the island.
👉🏻 Lunches, there will be lots of fruit at the villa for those who prefer to stay and relax in the swimming pool, however I have decided not to include lunches so you have plenty of time to enjoy and discover the island if you want.

Patricia stumbled across yoga after her dance training at the London Contemporary Dance School in 2013. She immediately fell in love with the practice for being healing and beneficial for her life as a professional dancer.
After a few years of practicing Yoga, she decided to take her career as an artist further to deepen her knowledge and enhance and refine her teaching skills. Patricia travelled to the north of India to complete a 200H Yoga Teachers Training at AYM Yoga School in Rishikesh in 2018.
Coming from a dance background Patricia particularly enjoys developing new flows and exploring the subtle and infinite possibilities of sequencing to challenge and nurture body, mind, heart and spirit on the mat, she also supports students approach yoga from a dance perspective and find a safe personal sacred practice.

Through intentional yoga practices, mindfulness, community and fun, I aim to fill your cup, reignite your passion and creativity and create a space to receive what you need.
You will be treated to the most delicious Mediterranean meals prepared with produce from the organic garden and local farmers.
You can expect a vegetarian menu with special delights and tapas from the island, like papas arrugas with mojo and gofio.
Our chef will prepare a balance menu to support your practice and nourish your body, adapting it to personal needs and dietary requirements.
Our morning practice will be a mindfully paced Mandala Flow practice infused with essential oils to help you stay present and connect deeper to your breath. Using therapeutic grade essential oils you will be guided through a flow sequence to help strengthen and open the body.
Our evening practice will be Aroma Yin. As the name suggests, this class is all about slowing down, unwinding and de-stressing, so that you can calm and reset your entire body and mind. Throughout the practice your body will be supported by props (bolsters, blocks, blankets) allowing you to relax deeply as you hold poses for 3 minutes or more. I will also offer journaling prompts.
After our lovely morning yoga practice and breakfast, we will begin our adventure day travelling to...
1️⃣ El Cuervo Volcano: Prepare to be in awe as we explore the crater of the first volcano created during the 1730-1736 Timanfaya eruption. Walking inside this volcano is a breathtaking experience! To arrive, expect an easy 30min walk surrounded by the most mesmerising volcanic lands.
2️⃣ La Geria - Wine Tasting: Our journey then takes us to La Geria, Lanzarote's wine-growing region. Picture individual vines growing in pits dug into black volcanic lapilli, creating a one-of-a-kind landscape. We'll also get to taste some wines crafted in this unique setting.
3️⃣ Then we will head to Beach of Janubio: Nestled on the black sand beach of volcanic origin, we'll indulge in a relaxing yoga practice. The perfect setting to connect with nature and ourselves.
4️⃣ El Golfo Seaside Village: Our day concludes in my absolute favourite spot, El Golfo. Witness the stunning green lagoon and enjoy a relaxing drink by the sea.

1. Do I need to have a certain amount of yoga experience?
Absolutely not! My retreats are designed for everyone, regardless of their yoga background. It's about the experience and feeling good in your body not about how flexible or strong you are. Whether you practice yoga regularly or stepping onto the mat for the first time, you're more than welcome.
2. Can I come on my own?
Absolutely! Many participants join me solo, and it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with yourself and make new friends. My retreats foster a supportive and inclusive environment where we all quickly become part of a family.
3. Is it just for women?
Not at all! While I often have more women attending, this retreat is open to everyone. If a retreat is Women Only, I will clearly indicate it at the top.
4. What if I have dietary restrictions?
We understand the importance of catering to individual needs. Before the retreat, I collect dietary preferences and restrictions, ensuring that the meals align with your requirements. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or have specific allergies, we've got you covered.
